With every passing day, the possibility of World War 3 is taking a new shape.
The latest in the series is the Russian President Vladimir Putin issuing an emergency call to all Russians to return home fearing some ‘big war,’ as per a report in Daily Mail
Administration staff, politicians and public sector workers have been ordered to take their children out of foreign schools immediately.
The “recommendation” has been imposed upon officials of every level, including administration staff, regional administrators, lawmakers and even employees of public corporation.
Workers were reportedly told to pull their children out of school immediately, even if it was in the middle of term. Anyone who fails to act will put their chances of promotion at risk, local media reported. Among the recommendations is for students in foreign universities to shift to Russian institutions.
The worrying development follows after Putin suddenly cancelled a visit to France following disagreements over Russia’s involvement in Syria.

Earlier, Russia moved a sophisticated nuclear-capable missile system near the Polish border prompting tensions in the region. Western officials believe Moscow deployed the missiles to display its strength as its relations with the U.S. reach a low.
The Iskander missile systems deployed by Russia have a range of between 250 and 310 miles. This makes Russia covering most of the territory of the Baltic states—Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia—and their southern neighbor, Poland.
As per US military officials, missiles launched from versions of the Iskander system could reach from Kaliningrad well into Germany. This is a challenge for the American-made NATO missile defense system, which is designed to intercept missiles traveling much longer distances.

On the same line, the U.S. and NATO have also reinforced their own position in the Baltics. In July, NATO agreed to position up to 4,000 soldiers in Poland and each of the Baltic States beginning in 2017.
Relations between Russia and the US are at their lowest since the Cold War and have soured in recent days after Washington pulled the plug on Syria talks and accused Russia of hacking attacks.
Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev has also warned that the world is at a ‘dangerous point’ due to rising tensions between Russia and the US.
