Imagine you have a confirmed railway ticket. For some reason, you are unable to travel but an immediate family member of yours has to go to the same destination, on the same date, and in the same train. Did you know you can transfer your ticket to that family member?

You only have to go to the station and make a request in writing to the Chief Reservation Supervisor. But do remember that Chief Reservation Supervisors are posted at important stations only.
