The former union minister of telecommunications and IT, A. Raja
has been held responsible by the CAG for the Rs.176,000 crore 2G Spectrum scam. The magnanimity of the scam earned it the dubious distinction of being the second biggest example of Abuse of Power according to TIME magazine. Raja is the prime accused in the 2G scam and the case is under trial.
