9. Eiffel France Scholarships:

It is funded by the ministry of Foreign Affairs of France and is for higher education such as master’s, engineering and PhD courses. 3. Heinrich Boll Foundation Scholarships:

Among the oldest and the widely regarded as the best of the best scholarships in the world the Rhodes scholarship was established as per the will of Cecil John Rhodes in 1902 for foreign nationals to study in the University of Oxford.
