9. Eiffel France Scholarships:

This was established for students with the vision to study in France. It was launched in the year 1999 by the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs to attract elite scholars and students from around the world to its institutions. It is funded by the ministry of Foreign Affairs of France and is for higher education such as master’s, engineering and PhD courses. 8. Swiss Excellence Scholarships for Foreign Students:
