2. National School of Drama (Delhi):

One of the oldest acting and theater schools of India, the National School of Drama (NSD) was set up in 1959 by the Sangeet Natak Akademi and today is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. 1. Film and Television Institute India (Pune):

Since its inception in 1960, FTII Pune has evolved to become one of the premier film institutes of India.  Fully aided by the Government of India, it is an autonomous institute under of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
