Modi Won’t Become PM Again, Nitish Kumar A Better Candidate: Bihar Deputy CM Tejaswi Yadav

Bihar deputy chief minister Tejaswi Yadav praised the state chief minister Nitish Kumar and said that he is capable to become next Prime Minister.

He said, “Nitish is more capable than Modi to become the next PM. He is PM material. He is more capable than Modi to become the next Prime Minister.”

Earlier, Tejaswi described Nitish as his political guru and admitted that he had been learning from the Bihar Chief Minister.

Endorsing his father and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad’s views,  he was certain that Narendra Modi will not become the Prime Minister again.

Ahead of 2019 general elections, Tejaswi said that Rahul Gandhi is prime ministerial material but it will give hi more happiness if Nitish Kumar becomes the next Prime Minister.

On September 17, Lalu Prasad backed Nitish over Rahul Gandhi for the prime ministership. He had said that he was unaware if Rahul was prime ministerial candidate for the Congress in the 2019 general election but Nitish Kumar is the PM material.

However, Congress differed from RJD view and indicated that Rahul Gandhi will be the face for the top post in the next parliamentary polls.

“Lalu understands the people’s pulse. Lalu is right in saying that Nitish is prime ministerial material and a PM candidate for the next Lok Sabha polls,” senior JD-U leader Shayam Rajak said.
