Savji Dholakia’s Hare Krishna Exports deals in diamonds and textiles and this year, the company has gifted 1,260 cars and 400 flats to its employees as Diwali bonuses.
It’s the golden jubilee of the firm and nearly Rs. 51 crore has been spent on the 1,716 best performer employees as Diwali bonus.
In 2015, the company gifted 200 flats and 491 cars as Diwali bonuses, while in 2014, Rs. 50 crore was spent on performance incentives.
The announcement of these tempting bonuses was made in an informal meeting. The company’s annual turnover is Rs. 6,000 crore and it has nearly 5,500 employees.
It has been announced that the company will be paying the down payment for all the 400 flats and Rs. 5000 will be given as monthly installment for 5 years.
