A man from Bihar’s Muzaffarpur recently filed a case against Bollywood actor Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma and director of movie ‘Sultan’, Ali Abbas Zafar.
Mohammad Sabir Ansari aka Sabir Baba has accused the three of cheating him and stealing the story which he had narrated to Salman back in 2010.
The case has been filed in Muzaffarpur, Bihar and books the three for breaching various sections of IPC such as 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace).
In the movie, Salman is seen portraying role of a Haryanvi wrestler who is struggling to get back in the ring, while Anushka is seen playing his love interest.
Sabir in his complaint claims that he had narrated this tale to Salman back 2010, when he met him in Mumbai. Salman reportedly had liked the story and promised to give Sabir money when a movie was made.
Sabir has now asked for Rs 20 crore as royalty and his case is set to come up for hearing on July 26.
