Patel is a doctoral student and a Reebok Certified Fitness Professional. She has also shared her experience in with over 5000 people through Facebook and helped them in achieving their fitness goals. She has given a detailed account of the exercises, diet plan and skin care routine on her Facebook profile. For the uninitiated, Sapna is the daughter of the former Health Minister of Gujarat Jay Narayan Vyas.
