AAP Leader Sanjay Singh Calls Amit Shah ‘Tadipaar’, Says BJP Has Ruined India

Infuriated by chaos and serpentine queues at banks all across the country, a frustrated AAP leader Sanjay Singh took to Twitter to call BJP president Amit Shah a ‘Tadipaar.’

Singh retweeted a short video that showed a mile long queue of people to get their money exchanged or to get new currency.

He said if Shah has the guts then he should go there and ask those standing in the queue whether they have any black money or no.


 

He also alleged that the BJP has ruined India.

The AAP leader had earlier termed the Centre’s decision to demonetise high value notes as “Tughlaqi diktat, saying the move was not going to aid the battle against black money and have instead unleashed “mayhem” on the masses.

He had also said that the proposed Rs. 2,000 currency notes — to be put in circulation soon as a replacement — will give a push to the black money market.

Singh also wondered if big businessmen and “BJP leaders in Uttar Pradesh” were informed in advance about the decision, considering the state is going to polls next year.

Meanwhile, serpentine queues, agitated crowd and more chaos was witnessed as cash-starved people struggled to exchange and withdraw money on November 12.

Angry customers were seen at various ATMs as banks struggled to dispense cash and hundreds of thousands of people stood outside banks for a third day for long hours trying to replace Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes.
