Akshay Kumar’s latest movie ‘Rustom’ a crime thriller is based on the real-life of Naval Officer K.M. Nanavati.
Without a doubt, the promoting team for the film has been doing a good job. A lot of buzz has already been created around the movie, and it’s working well with the Indian audience.
And now we hear that Rustom will be shown for free in Lucknow!
Isn’t this exciting? The idea behind such publicity is to evoke patriotic feelings from the audience. The Lucknow district administration has permitted free screening of ‘Rustom’ in all the multiplexes of Lucknow on the 15th August, when India will be celebrating its 70 years of Independence.
District Officer Rajshekhar told IANS,
“We have thought of screening Rustom for free to provoke patriotic feeling with the general public.”
Tickets will be given on first come first serve basis. There are in total eight multiplexes in the city which have 1,704 seats in total. Though various cinema halls will have a few reserved categories as well in terms of seats. 10% of the seats are reserved for differently abled people, 33% for senior citizens and 33% for school and college students.
What are you waiting for? Call your friends and relatives. If you are visiting Lucknow on this August 15, don’t forget to try your luck!
