Director Rohit Shetty Adopts 10 Cancer-stricken Kids And Donates Money For Their Treatment

He recently attended an event organized by Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA) in association with World Health Organisation (WHO) to spread awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco consumption. The filmmaker, being one of the chief guests, was so moved by this event that he decided to attach himself with this organization and help children suffering from cancer.


As confirmed by Anita Peter, executive director (CPAA), Rohit Shetty has decided to adopt 10 cancer-stricken kids and has donated Rs 5 lakh for their chemotherapy. He will take care of all the medical expenses of the 10 kids.
