Rajnath Singh Slams Separatists Leaders For Refusing To Talk About Kashmir Unrest

Home Minister Rajnath Singh on September 5 slammed separatist leaders and said that they don’t seem to believe in ‘kashmiriyat, insaniyat and jamuriyat’.

The separatist members on September 4 had rejected Center’s offer for talk with regards to solving Kashmir unrest.

Singh, who was addressing a press conference in Srinagar, said J&K would always remain an integral part of India and added that the Centre along with the state government is doing everything to restore normalcy in Kashmir.

Giving details about the all-party delegation meeting with various groups, Singh said that everyone is “very concerned”.

He added that the government’s offer for talks is still open and said that around 300 people from different walks of the society have already come forward and met the MPs to talk about Peace.

The delegation from Delhi had reached Kashmir on September 4 and  will leave on September 5 evening.

Upon return will give their feedback to the Centre so as to better assess the Kashmir issue.
