He said “tickets in such train will be not less than Rs 15,000” and only Modi ji and his suit-boot friends will travel in it.

Modi government has planned a bullet train route between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The project is a 508 kilometer line costing a total of Rs 97,636 crore and to be implemented in a period of seven years.

Japan has offered an assistance of over Rs 79,000 crore for a period of 50 years with a 15 years moratorium with an interest rate of 0.1 per cent.

In a boost to Modi’s ‘Make in India’ project, it is likely that up to 70-80 per cent of the components could be made in India.

Earlier, Rahul raised the issues like price rise and said that the present government is the ‘government of industrialists alone’. In his address, he reiterated his ‘Arhar Modi, Arhar Modi’ slogan from July 28’s Parliament address.

“When farmer sells his pulses, Modi gives him Rs 50 but when the same farmer buys his own pulses from the market, he has to pay Rs 200,” Rahul said, chiding PM Modi.
