London Might Thumko Again: Kangana’s ‘Queen’ To Get A Sequel

Phantom Films, the production house that brought us ‘Queen’ in 2014, is planning on making a sequel to the film. ‘Queen’ was a runaway hit and made it into the 100 crore club even though it had a rather offbeat story line. The script of ‘Queen 2’ is still underway and Kangana will be approached for it only once the script is ready.

This is good news for ‘Queen’ fans and will come as a reprieve for the actor who is still fighting a very public war against the Roshans.

The latest on the Hrithik-Kangana spat is that Hrithik’s father, Rakesh Roshan, in a recent interview made oblique remarks about the whole kerfuffle. He obviously defended his son and said that Hrithik has remained calm and dignified throughout the episode and if he were to reveal the truth it would shock everyone. Well, no surprises there!

Kangana had this to say about it,

Why can’t Indian men stand for themselves. He is a 43-year-old son. Why does he need his father to come to his rescue always? For how long they will keep hiding behind their influential big name fathers. He is an adult and he can pretty much handle his own controversies in show business. It’s just a simple controversy. Why daddies have to always save their sons. I don’t understand this.

You go girl!
