5 Times ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ Trailer Gave Me ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ Romantic Chills

This is Salman Khan’s year and no wise person will doubt it. He ruled the Eid season with his captivating performance in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and is now geared up to enthral the audience with his ‘Prem’ magic this Diwali. ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Piyo’ has a heartfelt trailer that has broken the record of most views of a Bollywood video surpassing Hrithik and Sonam’s ‘Dheere Dheere’.

With the majestic touch of Sooraj Barjatya, the film is destined to be a hit. But what enchanted me was the aborbing and innocent chemistry of Salman and Sonam. It transported me to an another epic love saga, ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’, the movie engulfed in romance and separation.

1. Lavish sets

The sparkling sets and euphoric dance sequences reminded me up of the Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’s exuberant atmosphere. Also, no other Salman’s movie was close enough to recreate the same charm.

And Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam had the same ambience.

2. The chandelier connection.

The Salman-Ash romance started off  with ‘chandelier’ distributing its warmth in the scene. And also during their separation, it was used to portray the splitting effect.

And in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, the true image of Salman Khan is revealed with a chandelier falling down.

3.  The same dance magic

Sonam Kapoor’s traditional dance moves looked quite similar to Aishwarya’s unparellel dance in ‘Nimbooda’. I have an intuition this could be Salman’s idea to relive those spellbound moments again. Still not over Ash?

And Ash defining her elegance as always!

4. The classic dance sequence.

Ash shut down all the critics with her charismatic dance performance, but I guess Salman was still immersed in this song that he wanted to repeat the very same step.

Look at his smile!

5.  The same flirting strategies.

I know Sallu bhai that you are still looking for the next Aishwarya to enter your life. But all I can advice you is to change your flirting moves. Also, you looked more natural and passionate with NANDAIIINI ( the way you called her).
