Model and actor Prateek Jain has won the Asian Super Model contest and has become the first Indian to do so.
The contest which held in China saw Prateek competing alongside participants from different parts of the world. He said:
“There were a lot of challenges that I had to go through. It was an intense training for Tai Chi martial arts, challenging the Tai Chi masters to win the challenge, rock climbing, catching fishes with your bare hands, surviving the wild, cooking in the wild, treasure hunts etc. I loved every bit of it.”
The Bangalore-based model believes that when you focus on what you want, everything falls in place.
His role model is Arjun Rampal. An investment banker before he chose modelling as a career, Parteek says that fitness should be an active part of everyday life and not just something you do occasionally.
The 26-year-old has also won the Provogue MensXP Mr World India 2014, and the MensXP Mr Iron Man, which is a sub contest.
And he wants to Sushmita Sen for dinner and Jessica Alba for a holiday!
The 6.3-feet tall model has also walked the runway for Italian clothing labels.
