Yet Again, After A Brief Buzz, We Forgot About Alarming Levels Of Pollution In Delhi

After Diwali, everybody went into frenzy regarding alarming level of air pollution. Schools were shut down, anti-pollution masks ran out of stock and everybody seemed concern.

World Health Organisation (WHO) declared India’s national capital Delhi as most polluted city in the world.

Around same time, a concerning picture of Holy river Yamuna went viral on social. It showed the miserable state of our affairs.

Though earlier also river’s condition was highlighted, however, no substantial action has been taken for the same.

But, like always we have moved on. Isn’t that quick? We forget about environment so easily. Just a polite reminder, it isn’t over yet.
