PM Modi, during the interview, is seen speaking about technology and clean energy, where he said that he would the first person to “switch over to clean energy completely” if the world helps him out.

“If the world helps me with technology, helps me with resources, I will be the very first person to switch over to clean energy completely.”

It is also believed that PM Modi discussed India’s position and vision with regards to fighting climate change amongst other things on the show.

The show, over the weeks, will investigate various things including global and individual devastation that has forced people to discuss the catastrophic issue of climate change across the planet.

Besides PM Modi’s interview, in the first episode, Letterman will also meet other key government officials and be seen travelling across Indian villages where around 300 million people live without power.

Letterman in the end of the trailer is seen not too happy about the fact that he had such a short interview with Modi.

He even is seen saying that he would want to interview Modi again and ask him more question.

“I don’t know what that was, but thank you. It’s one of those things that I would like to do again. I was hoping he would ask me to sleep over. I have nothing but questions for this man (PM Modi).”
