Aziz then further went on to add that Pakistan’s Foreign Secretary would in a few days formally write to his Indian counterpart inviting him in this regard.

The comment was made while Aziz was briefing the media about the Pakistan’s Envoys Conference that was held between August 1—3.

He explained that the conference had spent a considerable amount of time discussing the “grim situation” in Kashmir and came to the conclusion that Pakistan should continue to extend its “full diplomatic, political and moral support to the Kashmiri movement”.

They thus decided that Pakistan should invite India for a dialogue on Kashmir issue.

The comment comes in just days after Home Minister Rajnath Singh said that India was willing to discuss only Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) with Pakistan.
