How disingenuous of the Hon PM to forget to tell the people of Bihar that his party promised to dismember J&K for votes in Ladakh #Jumla— Omar Abdullah (@abdullah_omar) October 25, 2015
Hitting out at critics, the saffron party said that they are not confined to two-and-a-half districts of Jammu, rather they now have a “strong -hold” in all three regions of Jammu, Ladakh and Kashmir. In the elections, congress suffered worst defeat in the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LA HDC) polls at the hands of Bharatiya Janata Party that secured 18 seats while Congress could manage to win just four seats.
Shhhh, we aren’t supposed to talk about the lack of concrete outcomes from the much hyped trips abroad!!!!! https://t.co/qhndKv6lGC— Omar Abdullah (@abdullah_omar) October 25, 2015
LAHDC polls Congress had bagged 22 seats. BJP that had won Leh in the last parliamentary elections but lost both the assembly seats of Leh in the assembly elections. National Conference managed to win only two seats while an independent candidate also bagged one seat. People’s Democratic Party however failed to open its account.
Delighted at the results of Ladakh Hill Council Polls. My gratitude to people for placing their faith in BJP. Congrats to BJP Karyakartas.— Narendra Modi (@narendramodi) October 23, 2015
