JNU Row: Kanhaiya Kumar Beaten Up, Sent To 14-Day Judicial Custody

Earlier, the SC had said that the Kanhaiya’s hearing should be adjourned.

It is the second incident within a short span of time in which journalists were attacked and slogans of ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ were raised by a group of lawyers.

It is also reported that the police did not take action while a group of lawyers were creating lawless situation.

Meanwhile, photos of the lawyer Vikram (who manhandled Firstpost journalist today) with Home Minister Rajnath Singh have emerged.

The sources have said that B S Bassi might be promoted to the post of chief info commissioner.
