The Corps of Engineers is one of the oldest wings of the Indian Army. It has three major constituents, namely Combat Engineers, MES and Border Roads. The Corps also provides officers to the Military Survey and Defense Research & Development Organisation. They are the people who provide mobility to our forces by constructing bridges, tracks and helipads. That is not all. They also deny mobility to the enemy by creating obstacles such as laying mine-fields and demolition of bridges. Check out the way they work day and night  to protect our nation, to protect us!
