Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Hafiz Saeed on July 16 demanded that Pakistan government should immediately suspend foreign trade relations with India so as to show support for Kashmiris.
According to PTI, Saeed during a press conference in Chauburji said
Few days back Saeed had also said that “killings and violence (in Kashmir) will continue” as “America is supporting oppression by India”.
Saeed further called for screening of Indian movies in Pakistan to be banned as they were “hurting the sentiments of people of Pakistan” especially in the wake of killings in Kashmir. Till now 39 people have died and over 1600 injured in Kashmir violence that started last week following the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani.
