Explosion In A Private Bus In Haryana; Two Persons Injured

A couple has been injured today during the blast in a private bus in Fatehabad district in Haryana.

The blast took place at around 11 AM near Bhuna when the vehicle was on its way from Jakhal to Fatehabad. “Two persons including a woman have been injured in the explosion,” Fatehabad SP, O P Narwal told PTi. He added that the injured persons have been taken to Fatehabad hospital.


According to police, some passenger was carrying a chemical powder which caught fire.



This is the four blast in the state this year. Just two weeks ago, an explosion  took place in a state-run bus near Pipli in Kurukshetra, which left 12 injured.

On May 13, an explosion had rocked an EMU train which had reached Panipat from Delhi. No casualty was reported. Earlier, on January 16, a bomb blast had taken place on a passenger train at Panipat railway station, but there was no casualty.
