SpaceX’s CEO, Elon Musk shared his revised plans for travel to Mars and the Moon and people talking about it. However, when Musk shared his elaborated travel idea, it blew people’s mind and left them imagining about it. There is no doubt that his plan will revolutionize the face of global commuting.


While talking about using the same interplanetary rocket system for long-distance travel on Earth, Musk expressed that the space technology one can cover most long-distance trips in just 30 minutes. He also claimed that one can travel anywhere in the world in less than an hour at the same price of an economy airline ticket.

In the SpaceX video, you can see the idea being demonstrated in an elaborated way. The video has shown passengers getting onto a large ship from a dock in and go to a floating launchpad in New York. The rocket designed to take humans to Mars is the same rocket that is used to travel all around the globe. However, the difference here is the destination – Shanghai. The ship separates in outer space and takes you to your destination.


In the video, you can also see the other routes that Elon Musk talked about. The routes and timings shown in the video are Hong Kong to Singapore in 22 minutes, London to Dubai or New York in 29 minutes, and Los Angeles to Toronto in 24 minutes. The rocket in the video is the same that Musk has planned to send people to Mars by 2024.
