Ravi Shrivastava, a forgotten Bollywood producer, and actor in the 90’s, gave Akshay Kumar his first break in the movie Dwaarpaal. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the movie eventually got shelved. Nevertheless, he helped Akshay bag his debut release Saugandh in 1991.

Today, the producer of almost 250 Bollywood movies is not just forgotten but is left ailing and penniless. According to the reports, the aged producer is suffering from kidney failure and needs a transplant.

Known for his sweet, benevolent nature, Akshay Kumar immediately got his team in touch with the yesteryear actor to help him. A fan tweeted about the same to Akshay, which is when he confirmed that he has already taken care of the matter.

In so many ways, this is such a humbling gesture on Akshay’s part to remember the people who have made him the big star that he is. Indeed, Akshay has got a heart of gold!
