The Aarushi case was handed over to the investigative agency Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

In its closure report, the CBI named Rajesh and Nupur as the only suspects in the case. Based on the CBI closure report, the court sent Aarushi’s parents to jail.

Now, both of them, doctors by profession, have been lodged in Dasna jail.
